Thank you for considering St. Mary Magdalene Catholic School as your child’s religious and academic education.
Applications for the 2024-2025 school year are now available.
New Students
- To begin click here to create an online Parent Account.
- Log in to your account and create a new student application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
- Upload required documents (birth certificate, sacraments for Catholic applicants, 504 plans, etc.)
- Submit the new student application.
- Complete online enrollment. Acceptance notification will take place after the admission screening has been conducted. Upon acceptance, parents will be provided the information necessary to complete the online new student enrollment process.
Returning Students
Returning students will complete online enrollment through their FACTS Family Portal at www.factsmgt.com.Children entering school must have reached the following ages on or before September 1st as outlined by the Archdiocese:

Age 3, if entering Pre-K 3 -
Age 4, if entering Pre-K 4 -
Age 5, if entering Kindergarten -
Age 6, if entering First Grade
All Pre-Kindergarten students must be completely potty trained.
A completed health record signed by a doctor is required before the first day of school. Immunizations must be up to date.Students do not have to be Catholic to enroll; however, priority for admission will be given to current students or applicants who have siblings already in St. Mary Magdalene Catholic School, applicants who are members of St. Mary Magdalene Parish. Catholic students from other parishes will be considered next and finally, admissions will be open to all other students. Vacancies will be filled from a waiting list. Other students will be accepted in the order of registration and the completeness of their applications.
All students entering and returning to St. Mary Magdalene Catholic School are on an academic and behavioral probation during each school year. Acceptance of transfer students will be based on the most recent standardized test scores, report cards, teacher recommendations and placement exam results.
